If exceptionally, you order in item that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible the expected despatch date for that item, or offer an exchange or a refund.
We send most orders within 24 hours. We are closed on wednesdays and weekends. Orders placed on wednesday are usually shipped on thursday. Orders placed on friday pm, saturday and sunday are usually sent on monday.
Orders paid by wire transfer are shipped within one week of receiving full payment.
If your parcel cannot be shipped within 3 working days, we will advise you.
Parcels are sent by Colissimo, the french mail quick parcel service, and delivered against signature. International delivery time can vary and are not guaranteed, the average delivery time for Europe is one week. All parcels are insured.

When ordering from a non-EEC country, we will not charge you the french VAT, but your order will usually be subject to custom taxes on arrival. These taxes are charged by the custom offices in your country, please contact them for more information.
You can pay by credit card or wire transfer. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of full payment.
Credit card payment is made through a secure server. Please note that our server uses the new 3D secure Visa and Mastercard standards.
Our bank details will appear on the order confirmation page. Your order will be shipped within 7 days of receiving your bank transfer. Please check with your bank if fees are applicable, and be sure to add these fees to your payment.
If you are not satisfied with your order, or change your mind about an item, returns can be made within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will refund you by bank transfer. Postage cost cannot be refunded. In the case of an exchange, postage cost will be charged for the exchange parcel.
Returned items must be new, unused and unwashed, and unopened if wrapped. We cannot refund items that have been washed, used, damaged or soiled. We are unable to refund or exchange pre-washed nappies.
Please send your return parcel to the following address, in an appropriate packaging : P'tits Dessous, 76 rue des freres Lumiere - ZA Schumann 59560 Comines, France. Join your invoice, a list of products returned, and your bank details (IBAN + BIC) for a refund.
Please use an appropriate shipping method. We reject all liability for lost return parcels, and will not be able to refund you for unreasonable postage costs. Postage costs can only be refunded for faulty items or when we made a mistake.
If we made a mistake in your order, we will replace items and refund postage costs. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will be unable to accept a return or replace a missing item after 7 days of receiving the parcel.
P'tits Dessous diapers are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase. We will exchange or refund faulty items, including postage costs. Before returning a diaper that looks faulty, please send us an email with a description of your problem, and pictures whenever possible. Please wait for our approval before returning a product.
If your parcel is damaged, please reject it, or ask the post to open it with you. If you reject the parcel and it is returned to us, we will send you a new parcel and deal with the post ourself. If the parcel was in good condition, but an item is damaged, please send us an email with a description of the problem and a picture of the damaged item. Please wait for our approval before returning a product.
You can collect loyalty points for each order. 100 points are collected for 25 € of purchase (shipping cost excluded).When your account reaches 1000 points, you can order the loyalty gift. The gift changes each month. The gift is free, but shipping costs will apply depending on the weight of the product and destination. The gift cannot be refunded or exchanged.
